Policies and Guidelines

Access to Your Yard

Please leave gate unlocked on service days, or share your gate code/combo with us. If we cant access your yard, we may have to reschedule, and a missed visit fee could apply.

Pets and Safety

We love your furry friends, but for everyone's safety, we ask that dogs stay indoors during our visit. Our team is pet friendly and will make sure gates are secured when we leave.

Payments

Services are billed monthly and paid in advance. Payments is due on the 1st of each month. Late payments (after 7 days) may result in temporary pause in services.

Weather policy

Light rain or snow? We still scoop! Severe weather like storms, ice, and heavy snow may cause delays. If so we will notify you right away, to reschedule for the next available day.

Lawn Care

For best results, please keep your grass trimmed. Tall grass, leaves, or debris can hide waste and may prevent us from catching everything.

Initial Cleanup

If its been longer than 1 month since your last cleanup, an initial deep clean fee applies. Extra heavy yards, months of buildup, will also require additional charges.

Reschedules and Cancellations

Need to skip or move a visit? Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling service? Please give us 7 days notice before your next billing cycle.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you ever feel we missed a spot, let us know within 24 hours, and we'll come back and make it right! Free of charge.
